Kathy Charlton

Kathy is responsible for developing education and training products and services for clinicians and clinicians-in-training. Kathy has a background in product development and a penchant for bringing new businesses to market. She served as Vice President and General Manager for Kaplan Medical from 2007 to 2014 where she oversaw a rapid expansion from what was largely onsite instruction to digital formats and online learning for medical, nursing and physician assistant schools. A common thread across her career has been a focus on product innovation, international expansion, and revenue growth. Kathy earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BA degree from Yale University.
